Custom industrial electrical components for manufacturing plants
Most general manufacturing plants have one recurring electrical maintenance problem: an important motor is old, the OEM no longer supplies the part, and the machine cannot simply be replaced. Compressors, machine tools, EOT cranes, extruders, mixers, presses and process fans all eventually reach this point.
Custom manufacturing from a sample is the core of what we do. Send the worn part — a slip ring, a brush, a holder, a commutator, a terminal board — and we measure it and manufacture a replacement to the same dimensions. Where no sample survives, a dimensioned drawing works equally well. This is how obsolete machines stay in production.

Where our parts are used in manufacturing
- 01
Compressor and machine tool motors
Carbon brushes and holders made to sample where the original supplier no longer exists.
- 02
EOT cranes and hoists
Slip ring units and brush gear for wound rotor hoist and travel motors.
- 03
Extruders, mixers and presses
DC commutators and matched brushes for older DC drive machines still in production.
- 04
Motor terminal boxes and starter panels
Brass connection plates and terminal boards from 200 to 1500 HP, made to the original pattern.
What these parts have to survive
- Obsolete and imported motors with no available OEM spares
- Mixed motor fleets — AC slip ring and DC machines side by side in the same plant
- Small order quantities that large manufacturers will not take on
- Downtime cost on a single bottleneck machine outweighs the part cost many times over
Made to your sample
Send the worn part or a dimensioned drawing and we manufacture a replacement to the same sizes — no re-machining at your end. Manufacturing in Bulandshahr, Uttar Pradesh since 1995.

Manufacturing — common questions
Can you manufacture a part if the motor manufacturer no longer supplies it?
Yes — that is the majority of our work. We do not need the OEM part number. A worn sample or a dimensioned drawing is enough to manufacture a replacement that fits the existing machine.
Is there a minimum order quantity?
We regularly make single pieces and small sets for maintenance requirements. Tell us what you need and we will quote for that quantity.
What information do you need to quote?
A photograph of the part, its main dimensions, and the motor rating are enough for an initial quote. For manufacturing we then need either the sample itself or a dimensioned drawing.
